MONDAY MOMENT MESSAGE

"You are fully known and deeply loved"
Rev. DeAnna M. Caston

DAILY DEVOTIONALS

God knows everything about us
and still loves us completely.
MONDAY
SCRIPTURE:
Psalm 139:1 – “You have searched me, Lord, and you know me.”

DEVOTIONAL THOUGHT:
God knows everything about you—your habits, fears, thoughts, and dreams. He knows what makes you excited and what keeps you up at night. The amazing thing is that He still chooses to love you without hesitation. You don’t have to earn His approval or hide the parts you think are “too much.” You are fully known and still fully loved. That truth gives you freedom to walk confidently through this week.

CHALLENGE:
Find a mirror and look yourself in the eye. Say this out loud: “God knows me. God sees me. God still loves me.” Repeat it three times—once for the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

QUICK PRAYER:
God, thank You for knowing me and still loving me. Help me to be real with you this week. Amen.

TUESDAY
SCRIPTURE:
Hebrews 4:13 – “Nothing in all creation is hidden from God’s sight.”

DEVOTIONAL THOUGHT:
Sometimes we feel like we have to keep things from people—our mistakes, our worries, our struggles. But with God, there’s no need to hide. He already sees it all and still chooses to be close. God isn’t afraid of your honesty; in fact, He welcomes it. When you open up to Him, that’s where healing begins. Today is a great day to be honest with God.

CHALLENGE:
Find a quiet place and say out loud one thing you’ve been afraid to admit to God. Then sit silently for one minute and ask Him to meet you in that space.

QUICK PRAYER:
Lord, help me be honest with You. Thank You for loving me as I am. Amen.
WEDNESDAY
SCRIPTURE:
Psalm 139:2 – “You know when I sit and when I rise; you perceive my thoughts from afar.”

DEVOTIONAL THOUGHT:
Have you ever felt like no one truly understands what you’re going through? God does. He gets your personality, your moods, your quiet moments, and your loud ones. He knows what you meant even when you didn’t say it the right way. God’s understanding isn’t just deep—it’s personal. He gets you because He made you.

CHALLENGE:
Call or text a friend who may be having a hard day and simply say, “I see you. You’re not alone.” Be the reminder for someone else today, just like God is for you.

QUICK PRAYER:
God, thank You for understanding me even when I don’t understand myself. Help me trust Your heart. Amen.
THURSDAY

SCRIPTURE:
Psalm 139:14 – “I praise You because I am fearfully and wonderfully made.”

DEVOTIONAL THOUGHT:
You are not here by accident. God designed you with care—your smile, your voice, your creativity, your personality. You are His masterpiece, created for a reason and on purpose. The world tries to label us, but God’s word says we are “fearfully and wonderfully made.” Don’t let anyone make you feel like you’re not enough. You are exactly who God wanted you to be.

CHALLENGE:
Tell someone (a sibling, parent, or friend): “God made you special and on purpose.” Watch how it brightens their day—and remind yourself too!

QUICK PRAYER:
God, thank You for making me with intention. Help me to love who You created me to be. Amen.
FRIDAY
SCRIPTURE:
Psalm 139:23 – “Search me, God, and know my heart; test me and know my anxious thoughts.”

DEVOTIONAL THOUGHT:
Letting God search your heart isn’t about judgment—it’s about transformation. He gently shows us what needs healing, growing, and releasing. It takes courage to let God point out the things we’d rather ignore, but that’s how we grow. He won’t shame you—He’ll shape you. Invite Him into the corners of your heart today and watch what He does with your surrender.

CHALLENGE:
Before you go to sleep, lie still, close your eyes, and ask: “God, what do You want to work on in me?” Listen for His gentle nudge and reflect on it before falling asleep.

QUICK PRAYER:
Lord, search me and help me grow. I trust You with every part of my heart. Amen.
SATURDAY
SCRIPTURE:
John 10:14 – “I am the good shepherd; I know my sheep and my sheep know me.”

DEVOTIONAL THOUGHT:
In a world that often tries to exclude or label us, God offers something different—belonging. You are already chosen. You already have a place at His table. You don’t have to try harder or fit into someone else’s box to be loved by Him. Knowing you belong to God changes the way you walk into every room—with confidence, not fear.

CHALLENGE:
At some point today, sit at a table and say out loud: “There’s room for me here. I belong to God.” Then, invite someone to sit with you at lunch or during an activity this week.
QUICK PRAYER:
God, thank You that I belong to You. Help me help others feel loved and included too. Amen.
